Belleville - A Community With Character
On June 6, 2005 the City of Belleville passed Resolution No. 2699; A Resolution for Building Our Community with Character.
The resolution states that Belleville recognizes the importance of honorable character based on the standard established by our nation's founders and its legal system, and that focusing on these character traits, or Lifeskills for Character, will move our community forward.
