Crime Free Housing

Belleville's Crime Free Housing Ordinance became effective on November 1, 2013. All owners, landlords and/or managing agents that were previously registered with the City were sent a letter regarding the new ordinance. The letter included information on scheduled Crime Free Housing Seminars, a Crime Free Housing Rental Property Registration Form, a Crime Free Housing U. S. Comprehensive Criminal Search Verification Form, and a Crime Free Housing Lease Addendum Form.

Read the crime free housing regulations in Title XV: Chapter 154 Property Maintenance Code of the City Code of Ordinances.
