Electronic Resources Library Card

  1. Electronic Resources Library Card

COVID-19 has forced libraries to adapt how we operate and offer services to our community. We are making our electronic resources and databases available to the community via electronic resources card. This will allow adult residents access to our electronic resources and databases. The electronic resources card is used to access electronic resources only and cannot be used to check out physical library material. Individuals may convert their electronic resources card to a full service library card by visiting the Belleville Public Library in person.

If you do not have a library card and you are an adult living within the corporate city limits of Belleville, you can complete and submit the Electronic Resources Library Card to apply for an electronic resources card, or call the library at 618-234-0441 and provide the required information over the phone.
