How do I report a problem with my sewer line?
Please call the department between the hours of 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We will dispatch an employee to your location to determine if the city is responsible for the problem. After hours, call the Police Department at 618-234-1212 to have an employee dispatched to your location.
