TRASH PICK-UP will be delayed one day, if your normal pick-up day falls on, or after the following Holidays…

Trash pick-up will remain on the regular schedule for the following Holidays, due to the Land Fill remaining open on their regularly scheduled days:

Don LaChance Parks & Recreation

City of Belleville Parks & Recreation Department welcomes new Director of Recreation


The City of Belleville Parks & Recreation Department is excited to announce that Don LaChance has joined our team as Director of Recreation.  Don brings over 25 years of Parks and Recreation experience to the City of Belleville.  Before arriving here, Don served the YMCA, City of Kirkwood, City of Olivette and the City of Overland.  He has been married to his wife Jennifer for 23 years, and enjoys doing things with his 18-year-old Son Hayden, his 14-year-old Son Gavin and their 3-year-old dog Luna.  Don's favorite thing to when he's not watching  his eldest son perform in his barbershop choir, or watching his youngest son play Soccer, is enjoying playing Volleyball and watching F1 Racing.  Please join us in welcoming Don to the City of Belleville!
