FILING OF PETITIONS
Monday, December 14th at 8:00am
Upon arrival by 8:00am, you will be brought into the City Hall atrium by staff (masks and social distancing required). Staff will begin file-stamping petition packets at 8:01am and provide a copy of receipt to each candidate. Please exit City Hall from the West Washington Street exit door.
Monday, December 14th - Friday, December 18th (8:00am - 5:00pm)
For candidates filing petitions after 8:01am on Monday, December 14th, please contact the City Clerk's Office at 618-233-6810 upon arrival and we will admit you to the Clerk's Office for submission and receipt of your petitions. Please Note: masks and social distancing required.

ECONOMIC INTEREST STATEMENT
The City Clerk's Office has blank EIS forms available for candidates, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. To obtain a form, please contact 618-233-6810 upon arrival to City Hall and staff will provide you a copy.
REMINDER: You must file your EIS with the St. Clair County Clerk's Office prior to submission of your petition packet. Contact 618-825-2367 to schedule an appointment for filing with the St. Clair County Clerk's Office.
